Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, depending on the project.

Workmanship & Warranty

• All services are completed with care and craftsmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• We match or extend the manufacturer's warranty on all materials we supply and install.
• If there is an issue related to workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of project completion so we can address it.
